I have often been accused of being weak and dependent on men. I have often been berated for not standing up for what I want in life, and for being a sellout to people I try to please. I have often been judged for how I can naively try to be good, only to fail in the end.
The truth is, I have been a victim all my life, and the only person I can blame for this is myself.
It ends today. I will no longer play this role.
If I don't do this today, I will forever be someone who betrayed myself for others. I cannot live with that. It's time to wise up.
